Virginia Real Estate and Musings: NEW! Client Listing Reports on Trulia

NEW! Client Listing Reports on Trulia

Trulia has a new feature for your clients - Listing Reports.  This is a great way to keep in touch with your sellers - especially when there may be few showings on their house.  This lets them know that there is still activity on their property.

Tina, is this free to Trulia members or do you need to pay for a subscription?

Lisa -yes, you need to be a Trulia member right now to use this service while it is still in beta.  eventually, it may be released to everyone.

I have the same question, I went to the site but I am using it free and it does not seem to look

the same. If you pay how much do you pay?

Sometimes I'm beginning to think we are giving our clients information overload.  My website can provide them data, Realtor.com, Trulia and a few others where my listings go.  Now I need to compare and see which ones drive the most hits.

Hi Tina, I'm glad that you like this report to share your online marketing success with your clients!

We actually just launched it yesterday as a preview beta for paying members of Trulia - our Trulia Pros ($39/month) - www.trulia.com/truliapro which gives you featured listing enhancements and a Spotlight Ad targeted to your local area.

We may open up something like this for all members in the future, but today it's for paying members only.

Best, Heather

Tina,

Thanks for the heads-up on Trulia's new feature. I tend to agree with Cindy Jones that there's almost too much information now to give our clients.  i'm trying to figure out a way to provide ongoing contact and information about my marketing but do so in a way that will be welcomed rather than ignored.  thanks again.

Thomas and Cindy - if I may...I recommend www.showingfeedback.com.  You can create a marketing page with all of your marketing actvities explained in detail for you clients - just 1 place for them to go and get info.  It's also free.

Heather - thank you for the clarification.

Bill - yes, I like that too!  Thanks for reading and commenting!

does it show the hits on their listing from Trulia?  If so that would take the place of realtor.coms showcase listings.

Good stuff to know but I didn't think the cost was warranted.  They send a listing hit report once a week now that is good to use with sellers.
